We can estimate your property value and arrange photographing of your real-estate for the purpose of advertising. We will include your offer or demand into our database and will present your property through different types of mass-media. We act as a go between in all interactions and negotiations between buyers and sellers for the mutual benefit of the buyer and the seller, conscientiously and responsibly. We check property titles in the land-ownership records with help of a law firm and procure complete proprietary documents required to conclude a successful transaction. We assist our clients in concluding an agreement for advance payment or a sale contract. After conclusion of the sale, we transfer all residence fees and costs to new proprietor and submit complete proprietary documentation to the land-registry office for registration of deeds, including procuring the title deed, as well as to the tax authorities. We can also provide geodetic services as well as interior design services with famous world brands at special prices.
